They all start with a crisp, green Granny Smith apple smothered with thick and chewy hand made caramel, then dipped in a variety of yummy toppings for a "just right" combination of tart and sweet. Rich, smooth and creamy, our fudge is made the old fashioned way: with fresh, wholesome ingredients, cooked in copper kettles, then formed by hand into a huge "loaf" on a massive marble.
